Q. What is the Retailer Resource Center's primary purpose?
A. The primary purpose of the RRC is to be a retailer's "home away from home" during the market.

Q. What services can I get at the RRC?
A. Professional education for retailers is a continuing priority for NHFA. We conduct twenty-four (six per day) free seminars each market, making them convenient and economical for all retailers to attend. These sessions are held in the Seminar Room in the Retailer Resource Center® and are generally scheduled for 8:30 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:30 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM.  Please check the posted seminar schedule to confirm the exact start time for each seminar.

The Retailer Resource Center® serves as a reliable message center where retailers can receive communications from the home office and make replies.

Free refreshments are available all day, from coffee in the morning to beer and wine in the afternoon.

And, of course, store decision-makers know they can meet one-on-one with vendors at the Center to learn about services, programs and products which will improve their businesses.

Q. How long has the Retailer Resource Center® been a part of NHFA's services?
A. High Point's Retailer Resource Center® opened in 1984 on the 12 th Floor of the Main Building in the International Home Furnishings Center.

Note: The Retailer Resource Center relocated to the Plaza Suites Building, 1st Floor as of the April 2009 High Point Market.  The street address is 222 South Main Street.
