Our approach is very easy. Simply have an applicant or current employee complete the Caliper Profile- either online or in a paper format - and one of our consultants will call you within one business day to discuss the individual’s strengths and areas of concern, as well as potential for success.
During the telephone consultation, which lasts as long as you feel is necessary, you and your Caliper consultant work together to arrive at the best decision, and, where appropriate discuss how to structure the next interview.
Following this telephone consultation, an in-depth written report will be sent to you for your permanent records – as a confirmation and reflection of our conversation. We can also write an Individual Developmental Profile, which emphasizes ways in which individuals can play to their strengths and realize their potential.

The validity of the Caliper Process has been documented in scores of professional publications, including two articles in the Harvard Business Review. In fact, we are so confident in the predictive validity of Caliper’s personality assessments that we offer a guarantee.
Quite simply, if within six months of starting the job a recommended candidate fails to perform as described; a replacement applicant will be assessed absolutely free. There are only two conditions under which our guarantee does not apply: if an individual is allowed to take the Profile home to complete or if you do not permit us to have a telephone consultation with you about an employee, and insist on only a written report. In these instances, the validity of our assessments is compromised and we cannot guarantee our findings.
