This three-day program, first launched in 1997 is the industry’s only customized “Train the Trainer” program. It equips managers, sales managers and others responsible for sales productivity with the knowledge and skills to get top performance from their sales staff. The Sales Trainer Institute is held every other year and is scheduled for 2007.
