David has over thirty years of experience in the home furnishings industry and is well versed in every aspect of the furniture business including warehouse operations, sales, and store and regional management. David brings a wealth of knowledge to PROFITconsulting in the areas of Organizational Development, Sales Management, Sales Training, Operations and Merchandising, as well as a thorough understanding of the day-to-day needs of a business. This wealth of experience provides David with the knowledge necessary to help owners position their business for profitable growth, and enables him to assist in providing a system that will insure dynamic results in every area.

Defining Sales Management
The goal of this presentation is to provide an overview of what the sales management process should be, as well as provide practical application of proven sales management principals.  Every facet of the sales management process will be addressed from managing traffic to coaching under-performing sales staff.  Learn what your sales manager SHOULD be doing to increase employee performance and drive revenue, including goal development and tracking, analyzing your store’s metrics, and how to manage the follow up process.
